Function Packages


  • Sit Down Dining: 150 people
  • Cocktail Function: 180 people


  • We can custom design a menu to suit your budget and requirements.
  • Minimum required for set menu 100 people Final numbers required 7 days prior to function
  • Fee of $260 for private use of function room
  • Function room fee covers basic set up and clean up.
  • Decorations table coverings and alternate set-up of room can be arranged at a minimal cost.
  • Function room has a fully serviced bar, toilets (including disabled) and access to front entrance.
  • Microphone and coin operated jukebox is also available.

Menu choices may vary due to availability. parking available for bridal car for weddings.

Beverage Options

A selection of drinks is chosen for the bar tab and charged to a master account with a referral dollar amount nominated. Once the bar tab quota has been reached the host has the option of his guests purchasing their own drinks or adding to the bar tab. Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate facilities are available.

Terms and Conditions


As confirmation of your booking a deposit of the room hire fee must be received. Full payment must be received prior to the function or at the beginning of the function in cash. Please note that tentative booking will only be held for two weeks. Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to another client if the confirmation is not received.


Full payment must be received prior to the date of the function or at the begining of the function in cash. Personal cheques are not accepted. Payments are required to be made in cash, via Eftpos or credit card.


Final numbers and details are to be confirmed 7 days prior to the date that the function is to be held.


At the time of printing all prices are current. Management reserves the right of revision prior to the signing of the booking sheet. Package prices will not vary and beverages will be charged according to current bar prices within the club.


No beverages or food shall be permitted to be brought on site without the consent of management.


The hiree will be held financially responsible for any damages sustained to Northgate Community and Sports Club by the hiree, their guests or contractors. Northgate Community and Sports Club takes all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to the property of guests or clients, before, during or after a function. This includes gifts, decorations or personal property brought onto the premises. All breakages will be charged at replacement cost.


The bar will close at 11.45pm and guests are required to leave by 12am. Should you require an extended licence bringing closure to 1am please notify management at least three weeks prior to your function. A small fee may apply.


Clients will be responsible to ensure the orderly behaviour of their guests and Northgate Community and Sports Club reserves the right to intervene where deemed necessary. It is against the law for Northgate Community and Sports Club and its staff to supply alcohol to any person who is intoxicated and the decision in this matter rests entirely with the management of Northgate Community and Sports Club.
